Q: Where do you get your ideas?
A: I use an Idea Siphon to extract them from the environment, essentially pulling them out of thin air (most big entertainment studios have similar equipment). The siphons are quite expensive - even small models like the one pictured here - but these days you can often acquire them second hand from failed dot-companies. If you're lucky you might even find one in a junkyard that can be fixed up into useable condition. This requires a little technical knowledge, but the basic principles are really not all that complicated.
